  2. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The fan must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Please contact us before making a return.

  6. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
